Who are your preferred clients?

• Although we are happy to entertain almost any interesting project, there are certain things we do best. We aspire to help clients extract drama and natural beauty out of their mountain environment. In practical terms, this translates into developing strategies to incorporate native rocks, boulders, challenging terrain into paths, walkways, stairs, walls, patios, etc. Our designs will be as unique as the environment; thus, intrinsically involve a high degree of structural complexity. This requires a client not in a hurry but invested in the process creating a one of a kind architectural statement. Our dream clients are equal parts patient and bold.

Do you work with architects and design firms?

• Absolutely. We are happy to execute only the build when applicable. Alternatively, we can provide design consultation on challenging entrance elements.

Pricing and costs?

• Every project is unique with its own challenges and goals. Costs are calculated on scope of the project design, permitting,  materials, electrical, hardscaping elements, site access, and man hours. We work with our clients to  balance design intent with hardline budgetary constraints.

• We are getting this business going after a decade of doing these types of projects for friends and family.
